Quality Assurance for All Die Cast Components

  • Two (2) DCC Brown & Sharpe One 755. The One 755 automatic (DCC) CMM Machine with PC-DMIS software is programmable and able to interact with models. These machines can check parts, fixtures, and molds with an accuracy within 2 tenths (.0002) of the required specifications. They can also perform reverse engineering.
  • 1- Manual Checkmaster with PC-DMIS 3.5 program. This machine produces a resolution in 3 axes of 0.0002 in.
  • Over 800 calibrated measuring gages and surface plates
